[Remote] D365 Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The DYN Collective is a Microsoft Dynamics Partner seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth by building relationships with small and mid-market organizations. The role involves managing the sales cycle, consulting with prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition by following up on leads, networking, and converting referrals into qualified opportunities
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by managing your pipeline and closing high-quality, right-fit projects
- Consult with prospects to understand business needs, position Business Central and the Client’s advisory services, and shape clear solution recommendations
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end — from initial intro and scoping to proposal generation, pricing, and contracting
- Coordinate with internal experts (solution architects, PMs, functional leads) to build effective demos and scoping conversations
- Log and track sales activities in our CRM system with clean, timely updates and forecasts
- Represent the Client at virtual and in-person events, including conferences and Microsoft partner activities
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B technology or consulting sales, ideally within ERP, CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Comfortable selling to business and technical buyers — including CFOs, controllers, and operations leaders
- Confidence in solution selling: asking the right questions, positioning value, and navigating competitive deals
- Organized, self-directed, and accountable — you follow up and follow through
- Strong communicator: written, verbal, and presentation-ready
- Experience managing a pipeline in CRM and forecasting sales in a structured way
