[Remote] Customer Success Manager

PartnerVista is a partner marketing engine for enterprise technology companies, and they are seeking their first Customer Success Manager. This role involves managing client relationships and ensuring successful program execution across various workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Client relationships across enterprise technology accounts
- Kick-off calls, timelines, and operating rhythm for every new program
- Program execution and project management across content, media, lead gen, and nurture workstreams
- Supplier coordination and deliverable management
- Quarterly business reviews, including building the narrative and running the meeting
- Renewal strategy. You own net retention as a number, not just a relationship
- Building the CS playbook so the function scales as we grow
Skills
- 3 to 5+ years in customer success, account management, or program management at a B2B company
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($50K+ ACV)
- Strong project management instincts. Nothing falls through the cracks
- Comfortable with VP and Director-level stakeholders at large tech companies
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or suppliers
- Strong written communication
- Self-directed. This is a startup, not a company with a playbook you'll inherit
- Comfortable with AI tools and automation. We build and use proprietary AI technology
- Agency, demand gen, or media/marketing services
- Familiarity with partner marketing
- You've built CS processes from scratch at a small company before
- You're in Colorado or Florida
