[Remote] Customer Success Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Raxia is on a mission to modernize healthcare patient financial engagement through their AI platform. They are seeking a revenue-minded Customer Success Manager who will own the post-sale customer lifecycle and drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and net revenue growth across their accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead new customers through a smooth and effective onboarding experience that drives early product value and sets the foundation for long-term growth
- Own a portfolio of accounts with direct accountability for renewals, expansion quota attainment, and retention metrics. Treat your book like a business
- Proactively identify, position, and close expansion opportunities by leveraging product adoption, usage data, customer outcomes, and new use cases. Run expansion motions independently, from discovery through close
- Lead strategic, ROI-driven conversations with billing leaders, operators, and executives. Confidently present value, handle objections, negotiate terms, and drive consensus toward expansion and renewal
- Own the renewal process end-to-end, proactively mitigating risk and commercially managing renewals by reinforcing outcomes, value delivered, and future roadmap alignment
- Drive deep engagement with Raxia’s platform, ensuring customers are realizing ongoing ROI that supports expansion and long-term retention
- Track account health, adoption trends, renewal risk, and expansion pipeline in CRM. Forecast renewals and expansion revenue accurately and consistently
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation to unblock customers, close feedback loops, and support expansion execution
- Turn successful customers into advocates by helping them quantify results, share outcomes, and participate in references or case studies
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale roles with a revenue quota in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Demonstrated success owning and exceeding expansion and renewal targets (not just 'supporting' sales)
- Proven ability to grow accounts through consultative selling, strategic account planning, and value-based positioning
- Strong negotiation and commercial instincts—you're comfortable discussing pricing, scope expansion, and contract terms
- Experience leading executive-level conversations focused on ROI, outcomes, and business impact
- Comfortable managing pipeline, forecasting revenue, and tracking performance in CRM systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer financial and operational outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline
- U.S. work authorization required
- Background in RCM, EHR, or practice management software strongly preferred
Benefits
- Competitive salary plus variable compensation tied to expansion and retention performance.
- Participation in Raxia’s stock option incentive program.
- Remote-first environment with flexibility, ownership, and autonomy.
