[Remote] Customer Success Leadership (RN required)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Percipio Health is a fast-growing digital health platform focused on AI-guided healthcare solutions. They are seeking an experienced Clinical RN Leader to develop their Customer Success vertical, bridging AI technology with healthcare delivery and optimizing client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build Vertical: Design the strategy for the Customer Success department
- Lead Teams: Hire and mentor a high-performing clinical success engagement and customer optimization team
- Onboard Clients: Guide early health system and health plan partners through implementation and desired outcomes realization
- Drive Value: Help clients deploy proactive intervention workflows based on AI biomarker insights
- Optimize Efficiency: Guide care teams to maximize the workflow efficiency gains of our platform
- Shape Product: Partner closely with the executive team to guide overall product direction from customer feedback
- Travel Freely: Travel up to 50% initially throughout the US to support early launch sites
Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Proven history of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
- Hands-on experience scaling clinically-focused digital health solutions
- Experience working with both health plans (payers) and health systems (providers)
- Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage, HEDIS measures, and value-based care programs
- Minimum 5+ years in clinical leadership or healthcare administration
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for client onboarding
