Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily office operations, including phone and email management, and service appointment scheduling
- Coordinating and dispatching technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, appointments, and concerns
- Organizing documents, invoices, and client records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Processing customer payments and following up on overdue accounts
- Assisting in the setup and implementation of dispatching software, such as ServiceTitan
- Contributing to additional tasks to support the company's growth and success
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a plus for experience in the service industry
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with experience in Cloud-based CRM systems a plus
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry terminology, processes, and materials a plus
- Must pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To perform this role, you will need:
- A desktop or laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor
- A Windows or Mac-based operating system
- 8gb RAM or more, with supportable internet speeds and a reliable router
Position Details
This is a remote, full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST, with 40 hours per week. You will receive a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.
