[Remote] Customer Service Representative- Remote USA

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by providing information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Professional ability to build relationships with customers, while giving you the opportunity to personalize your communication
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries and/or concerns
- Process orders, refunds, and other requests accurately and efficiently
- Learn and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services to effectively assist our customers
- Properly document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide technical support and fast-paced critical thinking to anticipate our customer’s current and future needs
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
- Reliable in-home internet connection
- Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
- Customer Service experience preferred
