The TeamHealth National Patient Service Center is seeking Customer Service Representatives for full-time or part-time roles. This position begins with paid, remote or on-site training at our Knoxville, TN location, which you can choose to work 100% remotely or from our office. In this role, you’ll assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries, delivering compassionate and professional service that truly makes a difference. Position Highlights
- $750 Sign-On Bonus + Quarterly Performance Incentives
- 4-week paid remote
- Training hours 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Work from home

- Provide excellent customer service by phone, assisting patients with billing and insurance questions
- Research and resolve patient account issues
- Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary
- Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
- Set up and manage patient payment plans
- Accurately document all patient interactions
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all communications
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to multitask listen, speak, and type simultaneously
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems
