What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the voice of our company and the first point of contact for pet parents seeking assistance. Your daily responsibilities will include: Direct Customer Engagement: Connect directly with customers who reach out for various reasons – from helping them search for their new pet's supplies to finding that perfect treat toy, or even providing critical problem-solving support when something doesn't go as expected.
