[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping records accurate
- Handle a steady flow of contacts daily — busy enough that the time moves, with room to breathe between
- After about 45 days and completing your first skill advancement, take on additional responsibilities like appointment scheduling and order taking
