Anomaly Squared is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Outbound Insurance team in working remotely from home. In this role, you will engage potential clients, address their inquiries, and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via dialing software and phone to provide information about our services
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions to their needs
- Support the sales team by transferring pre qualified leads
Skills
- Must reside in one of the following US states: NC, KS, SC, GA, TX, OK
- Must have own equipment; it is not provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
