We’re growing and looking for a reliable, customer-focused Remote CSR/Dispatcher to join reputed company. This role is primarily customer service–focused, with dispatching responsibilities to support our field technicians. - Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional tone
- Schedule service calls and accurately enter customer information
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with care and urgency
- Build trust and relationships with customers and create a positive overall experience

- Communicate clearly with customers regarding timing, expectations, and services
Dispatching Support
- Schedule and reputed company technicians reputed company based on availability and skillset

- Help prioritize calls during high-volume periods
