[Remote] CPA Partnership Director / Strategic Recruiter

Investments Elk Ridge is a company specializing in acquiring and optimizing properties for short-term rentals to generate cash flow and long-term appreciation. They are seeking a CPA Partnership Director / Strategic Recruiter who will leverage established relationships within the CPA community to recruit firms and build strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-quality CPA firms into our national partner network
- Leverage your existing relationships to accelerate partnership growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with firm owners and managing partners
- Present our tax strategy platform and demonstrate how it helps CPA firms retain clients, create additional revenue, and provide greater value
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Represent our company at CPA conferences, association meetings, and industry events
- Help shape our national CPA partnership strategy
Skills
- Established book of business and relationships with CPA firms across the country
- Proven history of recruiting CPA firms or accounting professionals
- Proven history of building strategic partnerships with CPA firms
- Proven history of selling professional services, software, or financial solutions into CPA practices
- Proven history of developing long-term relationships with CPA owners and managing partners
- Proven history of closing high-value partnership agreements
- Understanding of how CPA firms operate and what keeps firm owners up at night
- Ability to build credibility quickly
- Existing network of CPA firm owners and decision-makers
- Proven track record closing strategic partnerships
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable working with executive-level professionals
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and close without being overly transactional
- 7+ years working with CPA firms
- Experience recruiting CPA firms or accounting professionals
- Experience in tax planning, financial services, wealth management, SaaS, consulting, or adjacent industries serving CPAs
- Existing relationships with state CPA societies, associations, or large regional firms is a significant advantage
