[Remote] Corporate Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ChartSpan Medical Technologies is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing and recruiting hourly talent while ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce, all within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by creating and posting open requisitions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and managing interview logistics
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with Vice President of HR and the HR Team to implement key workforce diversity recruiting strategies
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or related work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven ability to analyze, problem-solve, adapt, and multitask while effectively communicating, planning, and organizing - all with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
- This job operates in a professional office environment
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
