[Remote] Corporate Recruiter

Nesco Resource is partnering with a nationally recognized organization in the clean energy and advanced technology space to find an experienced Recruiter for a critical hiring initiative. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for Field Service Technician positions and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire Field Service Technician positions
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
- Drive candidate pipelines and keep hiring activity moving efficiently
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Skills
- Prior recruiting experience, preferably in technical, field service, manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, or operations environments
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
