[Remote] Contract Recruiter

They are seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle for various positions, ensuring a candidate-first experience while collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for all roles - from Customer Experience to Software Engineers and beyond!
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
- Screen candidates for experience and alignment with Tin Can’s mission and values
- Coordinate and manage interview loops, feedback collection, and candidate communication
- Ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and timely candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Support offer development, closing conversations, and handoff to onboarding
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Ashby)
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and sourcing strategies as we scale
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, including full-cycle ownership
- Experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities without sacrificing quality
- Collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable operating with limited structure
- Experience working as a contractor or in fractional recruiting roles is a plus
