[Remote] Contract Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MBO Partners is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join their Marketplace team. The role involves managing multiple searches for independent consultants and contract professionals across various sectors, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent searches across professional services, consulting, technology, finance, procurement, risk, compliance, operations, and marketing functions
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, identify top talent, deliver market intelligence, and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills

• 7+ years of recruiting and talent sourcing experience
• Proven success sourcing and recruiting professional-level independent consultants, contractors, and project-based talent
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate sourcing
• Experience managing multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment
• Strong candidate assessment, relationship management, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across distributed teams
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
• Previous staffing agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following talent segments is highly preferred: Technology & Digital Transformation, Finance & Accounting, Risk and Compliance, Advisory & Consulting Services, Data & Analytics
