[Remote] Contract Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Project Manager on behalf of a fast-food restaurant franchise company. This role is responsible for coordinating and driving project execution across cross-functional and executive-level stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track multiple projects using Excel-based trackers and reporting tools
  • Coordinate with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to gather project updates and required information
  • Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are clearly documented and met
  • Maintain and update detailed project tracking spreadsheets with accuracy and consistency
  • Identify gaps, follow up on missing information, and proactively drive responses from stakeholders
  • Facilitate clear and professional communication between leadership and operational teams
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays when necessary
  • Support organizational alignment by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project status
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist in organizing priorities and ensuring accountability across multiple initiatives

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior experience in project management or project coordination required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Strong organizational and tracking abilities using spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically with senior leadership
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Project management principles and tracking methodologies
  • Excel-based reporting and workflow management
  • Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to “wrangle” and follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • Diplomatic communication style when dealing with leadership
  • Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders preferred
  • Background in corporate, franchise, or operations environments a plus
  • Corporate operations or franchise business structure (preferred)
