[Remote] Contract Growth Partner, NEMT Training Sales

The Contract Growth Partner, NEMT Training Sales is responsible for expanding the adoption of training solutions by managing client relationships, sales pipelines, and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying prospective clients such as NEMT providers, brokers, and fleet managers
- Conducting discovery calls and presenting training offerings that align with client needs
- Managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and contracts, and following up with leads
- Coordinating onboarding with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Analyzing account performance, gathering client feedback, and collaborating on growth strategies, campaigns, and partnerships to increase revenue and market penetration in the NEMT sector
Skills
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, and pipeline management
- Excellent Communication abilities, with clear verbal and written skills for client-facing meetings, presentations, and follow-up
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess account performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Growth Hacking mindset to experiment with creative tactics, optimize outreach, and drive scalable expansion
- Project Management capabilities to coordinate contracts, onboarding activities, and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and self-organization
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email platforms)
- Experience selling B2B training, SaaS, or compliance solutions is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with NEMT operations, transportation compliance, or healthcare-related services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred
