[Remote] Content Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RegEd is the market-leading provider of RegTech enterprise solutions, recognized for regulatory technology innovation. The Content Specialist will be responsible for building content for RegEd’s online platforms, ensuring client documents meet requirements, and providing support during the implementation phase.
Responsibilities
- Review client-provided documents to ensure they meet minimum requirements for development
- Load the content using internal tools and third-party software applications following documented processes
- Test, review, and proof content to ensure accuracy according to client specifications
- Configure test environment and engage with clients during the user acceptance testing phase
- Provide support to customers and internal team members
- Deliver quality customer service
- Communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills
- Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure and meet client project deadlines
Skills
- Excellent business relations skills, including written and verbal communication
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to successfully prioritize multiple projects with effective and timely follow-up
- Strong analytical skills, including understanding and troubleshooting software product configurations
- Extremely responsive, highly flexible, quick learner, and an effective problem solver
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented with a desire to collaborate and brainstorm with co-workers
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of a Technical Support or experience and/or other successful client-facing experience
- RegTech experience
- Knowledge of Learning Management systems, Lectora and Articulate course publishing software
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, browser functionality, APIs, and mobile platforms
- Publishing software, and eLearning fundamentals and practices
- FinTech experience
- SaaS experience
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Capital markets industry knowledge
