[Remote] Content Lead, PMHNP

The Content Lead, PMHNP, will develop and oversee high-quality educational content for nursing students and practicing clinicians, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Work with our Senior NP Content Editor and nursing content team members to identify curricular topics in need of practice test question banks or supplemental lessons that engage and educate learners
- Develop outstanding board-review and refresher content for PMHNP students and practicing clinicians
- Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of learning materials, including digital, print, and multimedia content
- Apply expertise to review author submitted PMHNP content across various specialties for accuracy and clarity, and verify final review
- Ensure all content meets high quality standards and reflects evidence-based practices, current research, and aligns with accreditation standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate clinical content
- Oversee multiple content development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Track and report on project progress, addressing challenges proactively
- Conduct regular reviews to maintain content accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for diverse learners
- Stay updated on changes in PMHNP practices
- Engage in ongoing learning about nursing education methodologies, emerging trends in healthcare, and innovative teaching strategies
- Support content marketing team in developing content for materials
Skills
- Masters or doctorate-prepared NP
- Active RN/APRN licensure in good standing
- Board-certified as a PMHNP
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric-mental health, or related fields
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for graduate-level nursing education
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Comfort using collaborative software such as Google Docs and ability to work with remote and distributed teams
- Self-motivated, ability to stay on task, and set and reach goals
- Desire to continually learn and improve
- Experience in curriculum development for graduate level nursing coursework or nursing education
- Familiarity with accreditation requirements for PMHNP programs
