[Remote] Contact Center Representative - Sembach Headquarters
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Service Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Representative (CCR) where you will provide account-related services to members located throughout the world. The CCR handles all inbound contact with clients, received via phone, chat, e-mail and video channels, related to Member Service inquiries and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist members and potential members with telephone, chat and email correspondence fostering a one call resolution environment
- Answer general inquiry questions about members accounts
- Quickly identify client needs and match it to a product or service
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Skills
- Only open to US Citizens
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task
- Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service, retail or call center experience preferred but not required
