[Remote] Consultant Partner Director

Evergreen Healthcare Partners is seeking a Consultant Partner Director who will be responsible for managing the full consultant lifecycle after placement. This strategic role focuses on consultant engagement, performance management, and ensuring alignment between consultants and client needs, while fostering a strong community and culture within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage consultant relationships post-placement through ongoing engagement, coaching, retention, and redeployment support
- Partner with client and strategic services teams to support delivery success, extensions, and evolving client needs
- Address engagement risks, performance concerns, and client feedback through proactive communication and support
- Strengthen consultant connection, development, and alignment with Evergreen’s values and culture
- Serve as the primary point of contact for active consultants through structured check-ins focused on performance, engagement, satisfaction, and career goals
- Build trusted relationships, identify engagement or performance risks, and implement targeted support, feedback, or retention strategies
- Partner with Client Partnership and leadership teams to support delivery success, client alignment, feedback conversations, and issue resolution
- Maintain consultant connectivity during bench periods and support readiness for redeployment
- Own consultant continuity by proactively driving extension, redeployment, and placement alignment with client demand
- Lead extension and transition planning in partnership with the Client Partnership team
- Monitor active opportunities and submit qualified consultants for roles aligned to their skills, interests, and goals
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support seamless transitions, pipeline alignment, and consultant readiness
- Own consultant connection to the Evergreen community by supporting engagement, development, and culture alignment
- Collaborate with engagement leaders and internal teams on consultant programming, communications, community initiatives, and development offerings
- Foster alignment between consultants and Evergreen’s mission, values, and culture
- Bring consultant advocacy and perspective into Engagement Team strategy and continuous improvement efforts
Skills
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced healthcare staffing or talent acquisition environment
- Familiarity with Epic and Epic-related staffing needs within healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, engagement, submission, and placement
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Experience developing and managing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, and networking
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Proficiency in core systems, including O365, HubSpot, and Workday, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Aptitude for adopting and applying AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies
