The Commercial Finance Sales Representative role involves managing assigned leads, building relationships, and earning commissions on funded deals.
Responsibilities

- You work your leads, build your relationships, and earn on the deals you fund
- Endless leads provided, across various lending products
- A full CRM to manage every lead, deal, and follow-up in one place
- An integrated dialer so your time goes to selling, not list-building
- A complete product lineup across the commercial finance spectrum, so you can serve a wide range of clients
- Hands-on support and training to help you ramp quickly and close consistently
Skills
- A confident, professional communicator who is comfortable on the phone
- Someone who can manage a deal from first contact through funding
- Prior experience in finance, lending, or B2B sales is a strong advantage, though a sharp, coachable rep who learns quickly can succeed here
- Strong Sales and Communication skills for engagement with potential clients and presenting solutions
- Experience in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to meet sales metrics and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
