Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for students.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Stay informed about current best practices and emerging trends in school mental health.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience in clinical social work, preferably in a school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
