REMOTE Clinical Outpatient Therapist Position (Mental Health Counselor)

- *Responsibilities
- Conduct initial intake screening and evaluation.
- Meet with clients to discuss treatment options and treatment planning.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Develop behavior plans that implement the treatment plan.
- Ensure that all client records are kept accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and issues.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and community supports when needed.
- Offer referrals for additional counseling services when needed.
- *Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in mental health counseling.
- Experience in addiction treatment is preferred but not required.
- Experience in behavioral health counseling is preferred.
- Experience in addiction treatment management is preferred but not required.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, &/or Psychology is required
