[Remote] Client Success Consultant (Remote)

They are seeking a Client Success Consultant, a highly visible, client-facing position focused on training, support, and retention, where you will help clients maximize their M3 MI subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging client training sessions to drive product adoption and proficiency
- Build strong relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing support
- Partner with clients during renewal cycles to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Respond to client requests and troubleshoot data, platform, and reporting questions
- Support onboarding and business development with data requests and new client setup
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience
Skills
- Experience in client service, account management, or a client-facing training role
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and research products
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, media, or market research a plus
- Experience in media planning and familiarity with industry tools such as Telmar, Nielsen Clear Decisions, or MediaRadar
