[Remote] Client Operations Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rithum is the world’s most trusted commerce network, accelerating how brands, suppliers, and retailers work together to deliver seamless e-commerce experiences. As a Contract and Administration Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration in support of the onboarding process, including managing supplier contracts and customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up supplier contracts & supplier pricing terms
- Handle incoming calls from customers, initiate and answer calls explaining our services
- Provide updates to internal database systems
- Initiate communications with internal teams and customer base
- Follow-up with customers to ensure contract maintenance
Skills
- Relevant experience in customer support and data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer management skills with attention to detail and customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
- Experience working in a highly dynamic atmosphere, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work within challenging time frames
- Excellent phone presence, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- In-depth knowledge of PC and web applications with experience in MS Office applications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity and comfort using AI tools in day to day work
