[Remote] Claims Analyst II

Responsibilities
- Understand and keep current on all department and company policy procedures
- Use proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed
- Communicates timely and effectively to management any obstacles or escalations needing attention
- Performs data entry and data verification as needed to perform work
Skills
- GED or High School Diploma
- 1+ year previous claims experience preferred
- MS Office experience, relational databases, and use of multiple applications preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated skill in ability to analyze data
- Demonstrated skill in critical thinking
- Mathematical skills
