Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Cerner Invision Patient Accounting Trainer with expertise in Legacy Revenue Cycle Management. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs for analysts and operational teams, ensuring mastery of Invision workflows and Revenue Cycle processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training programs on Cerner Invision Patient Accounting workflows and related modules
- Train analysts and operational staff on advanced system configuration, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and best practices
- Develop comprehensive training materials including user guides, process documentation, quick reference guides, and e-learning content
- Conduct hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Train teams on complex operational requests and historical support scenarios
- Mentor staff on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization techniques
- Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate production readiness
- Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories
- Track training effectiveness and report KPIs to stakeholders
- Identify skill gaps and deliver refresher training programs
- Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
