You will have access to upper management and will be a part of an excellent team of kind people. Job Descriptions for Partners and Associates. We are seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys with Workers’ Compensation experience. The ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation in addition to other insurance defense lines of business. Key Responsibilities:
- Partners
- You drive the cases and develop the strategies to discuss with clients and business partners. We have trial-level lawyers but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the skills to do so. You are lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved.
- Associates
- Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting.
Qualifications:
- Partners - Minimum 9 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in California and 5 years of insurance defense. Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation experience.
- Associates – Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 2 years in California, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred. Minimum 2 years of Workers’ Compensation experience.

Base Salaries Partners - $170,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year based upon experience and responsibilities.
- Lawyers with over 15 insurance defense jury trials is subject to additional compensation.
Associates - $110,000 - $160,000 per year based upon experience and independence. This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. Pay: $110,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year Benefits:
