[Remote] Business System Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to define systems and objectives through research and analysis. The role involves collaborating with users to document requirements and troubleshoot existing systems while remaining current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, with the implications of the application of new/differing technology to the current business environment in mind, utilize research and analysis along with an understanding of relevant business systems and industry requirements to define systems, scopes, and objectives for developing new or improving existing information systems
• Perform business analysis workflow analysis and optimization works with users to define their needs and document requirements
• Collaborate with others to troubleshoot issues with existing systems
• Remain current with business requirements and needs based upon future industry trends and changes, and understand the implications for existing technology

Skills

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field, with a background in a healthcare sciences or information systems
• Detail oriented, with efficient data entry skills
• A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Healthcare, or other relevant field
• Experience formulating and defining systems scopes and objectives preferred
• Experience across the systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design, preferred
• Experience participating in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
