[Remote] Business Operations Manager

This role will focus on maintaining project cadence, supporting recurring revenue metrics initiatives, and driving operational improvements across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a structured project cadence to ensure AI transformation achievements are achieved
- Partner with leaders to drive alignment, proactively remove obstacles, and resolve execution challenges
- Apply high-level critical thinking to navigate complex operational challenges & translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable project plans with measurable outcomes
- Find opportunities to integrate automation and advanced technology into commerce processes
- Ensure project outcomes are scalable, business-relevant, and aligned to Cisco’s operational perfection goals
Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience in Operations, Customer Experience (CX), IT, Data, Consulting, or related business functions, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within scope
- Experience supporting business operations, commerce operations, strategic programs, or transformation initiatives
- Experience developing project plans, supervising achievements leading risks, and driving execution across cross-functional teams
- Experience analyzing business processes and finding opportunities for automation, process improvement, or operational efficiency
- Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse customer groups and leadership teams
- Experience with AI-driven transformation, automation programs, or large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of Cisco Commerce processes and operational perfection
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation
- Passion for innovation and a dedication to demonstrating technology to improve business outcomes

- Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time

- 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
- Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
- Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
- For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies
- Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan
- Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements
