[Remote] Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager : W2 Role

HARAMAIN SYSTEMS INC. is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager to lead enterprise-level data and analytics initiatives. The role involves managing BI projects from planning through execution, collaborating with stakeholders across various business units, and ensuring the delivery of data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence and Analytics projects
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions
- Manage cross-functional teams including BI Developers, Data Engineers, and Analysts
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies using project management tools
- Coordinate data warehouse, reporting, and dashboard development initiatives
- Ensure alignment with organizational data strategy and business objectives
- Oversee BI reporting tools implementation such as dashboards and performance reports
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
- Communicate project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are followed
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience managing BI or Data Analytics projects
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience managing BI tools such as: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategy
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis concepts
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Entertainment industry
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise reporting systems
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
