[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lemonlight is a leading video production and content creation company helping brands create high-quality video at scale. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities by engaging marketing leaders and brand managers who can benefit from their services.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Research target accounts and identify key marketing stakeholders
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct discovery meetings to qualify leads for Account Executives
• Follow up with inbound leads and marketing-generated inquiries
• Build and maintain prospect lists within HubSpot and sales tools
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outbound campaigns
• Attend industry events and support lead generation initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Consistently achieve monthly meeting and pipeline targets

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or a client-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and outreach campaigns simultaneously
• Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
• Experience in agency, marketing, media, advertising, SaaS, or professional services environments
• Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly
• Experience prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce, retail media, or video production
