[Remote] Business Development Operations Specialist

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Business Development Operations Specialist to join their driven team. The role focuses on optimizing sales operations, enhancing the capabilities of sales development representatives, and improving overall business development processes.

Responsibilities

Support Sales Managers in business workflows, reporting, and CRM onboarding Ensure data quality and completeness in CRM and related systems; oversee account, opportunity, and contract management Conduct CRM cleanup activities and maintain up-to-date records Submit and track support tickets for system access, permissions, and technical issues Provide guidance and training on internal systems; manage license renewals and access requests Stay informed on current activities within the Business Development Organization Prepare data-driven reports and ensure high-quality reporting; collect data and responses as needed Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines Coordinate and facilitate team activities, including meetings and agenda preparation, as needed Support internal business development processes and promote best practices Participate in ongoing process improvements and team initiatives Skills Degree or diploma in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Project Management, or Business Administration 1.5–4 years of relevant work experience Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Commitment to continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher) Effective written, verbal presentation and communication skills Excellent time management skills Self-starter, proactive and independent Ability to be supportive and to work effectively across national boundaries Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under strict deadlines Proven ability to work with speed and accuracy to deadlines An analytical, numerate mind A technical aptitude to understand product features and functions Benefits Opportunity to work abroad for up to two months per year Leadership development, career advising, soft skills and well-being programs Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning and Get Abstract Free English classes with certified teachers Comprehensive medical & family care package Seven trust days per year (sick leave without a medical certificate) Discounts from 800+ partners (sports activities, restaurants, stores and services) Company Overview EPAM leverages its core engineering expertise as a leading global product development and digital platform engineering services company.
