[Remote] Business Development Manager

DWS ProSearch is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts in the United States. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and representing the company at industry events to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities via research, various outreach methods, meetings, and networking and industry events
- Build and nurture long-term relationships in a consultative B2B sales environment
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows
- Lead and deliver structured sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Track and manage a full sales pipeline using CRM tools to consistently hit KPI’s and targets
- Stay current on accounting industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Skills
- Minimum 2-4 Years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
- Experience working within an accounting firm or outsourcing company
- Established network within the accounting or business services industry
