[Remote] Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amyx, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Defense Logistics Agency program remotely. The role involves supporting the preparation of documentation and reports, performing financial and administrative tasks, and maintaining system documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
  • Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents
  • Provides support in performing financial and administrative tasks
  • Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods
  • Maintains a current internal documentation library
  • Provides or coordinates special documentation services as required
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Skills

  • DOW Lifecycle management, DOW 5000.1, 5000.2, DOWI 5000.02, and Guidebook
  • Two (2) years of experience in similar taskings
  • Specialized experience in assembling technical documents and providing detailed analysis of various business system functions
  • Must have experience with the following programs: MS Suite, Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, Power Point
  • Must possess IT-III Non-Sensitive security clearance or Tier 1 (T1)
