Remote Brand Management Consultant – Pharma (Japan Market)
Brand Management Support – Japan Brand Institute is the global leader in brand name and identity development, offering services to the global pharma and healthcare space. The role supports the Tokyo sales director in the Japanese market and pharma clientele. Project management role (post‑sale responsibilities)
- Assist in end‑to‑end project oversight and management after projects are secured.
- Coordinate meetings with Japanese clients and US operations, develop project presentations, maintain detailed spreadsheets and organize documents in a structured and accessible manner.
- Leverage experts from Operations to assist the sales teams in project meetings.
Education & Previous Experience
- Minimum BS in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Toxicology.
- Preferred but not required: 1–3 years of work experience in the pharma/healthcare space (national or international) as a brand manager, pharmaceutical sales, commercial/marketing name development, and/or regulatory affairs.
Requirements
- Must work remotely on a consultancy basis.
- Must be fluent in Japanese and able to read/write Katakana.
- Must already be authorized to work in India; Brand Institute does not sponsor employment visas.
- Schedule: Must work Monday‑Friday either:
- 5:30 am – 1:30 pm IST
- 6:30 am – 2:30 pm IST
