[Remote] Brand and Marketing Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aidia Marketing acts as the Fractional CMO for growing companies, and they are seeking a Brand and Marketing Assistant to work directly with the founder across client accounts. The role involves executing marketing strategies, including email campaigns, website updates, and social media management, while learning about marketing strategy and brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Build and schedule templates, automated sequences, and broadcast newsletters across platforms
- Make edits and updates in client CMS platforms like WordPress and Squarespace (copy swaps, new pages, formatting, image)
- Draft and refine marketing copy using AI tools plus our tone-of-voice and reference docs
- Prepare clean analytics and KPI reports that show clients what's working and what to do next
- Write and schedule posts, keep content calendars on track, and maintain a consistent brand voice
Skills
- Strong writer with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and detail
- Comfortable with marketing tools and quick to learn new platforms (email tools, WordPress/Squarespace, social schedulers, analytics dashboards)
- Fluent with AI writing tools — and able to tell good output from bad, then make it better
- Organized and reliable; you hit deadlines and follow through without hand-holding
- Curious about brand and marketing strategy, not just execution
- Coursework or early experience in marketing, communications, or design
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS
- Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, or Google Analytics
