[Remote] Blood Bank Account Manager

GVS Filter Technology is seeking a Blood Bank Account Manager to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving long-term profitable revenue growth within assigned key and strategic accounts. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical support for the Transfusion Medicine product portfolio, and executing business strategies to increase revenue and improve margins.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling, while securing new clients through strategic account development
- Develop and execute customer implementation and growth plans to achieve or exceed annual financial targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at strategic accounts, including Directors, Managers, and Supervisors
- Participate in the implementation of commercial strategies to ensure successful product utilization and drive revenue growth
- Provide technical, quality, and regulatory support for the North American Transfusion Medicine product portfolio
- Deliver training, process optimization, and troubleshooting support for internal teams and customers
- Develop and facilitate customer communications related to product updates, enhancements, or discontinuations
- Maintain and update HubSpot or equivalent CRM tools related to the sales process
