Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume incoming calls, emails, and texts from homeowners and clients regarding quotes, orders, and general inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while providing a professional, high-energy, and reassuring experience
- Manage basic updates and postings on social media and on the website
- Input customer data, order details, and standard price quotes accurately into internal operational systems
- Quickly notify our sister company via phone or email to help fulfill specific online orders
- Assist the business owner with general daily workflows and administrative tasks to help scale the business
- Rapidly learn the swimming pool equipment industry to transition from basic intake to answering intermediate technical questions within 30–60 days
- Use tools like ChatGPT and tailored prompts to search for information, automate routine admin, and streamline processes
Skills
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in customer service, call center operations, sales, or administrative support roles
- A proven track record of working remotely with US-based companies (e.g., telecom/contact center outsourcing) is a significant plus
- Strictly Bilingual (100% fluent in English and Spanish)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages are mandatory
- Professional, high-energy, and reassuring phone presence with a positive mindset
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple data points, customer records, and quotes without errors or missed follow-ups
- Able to quickly memorize or reference product lines, equipment specifications, and industry terminology
- Comfortable operating cloud-based software, e-commerce backend platforms, communication tools, and utilizing generative AI tools (ChatGPT) to improve daily workflows
