The Benefits Consultant will connect with clients, conduct virtual consultations, and educate them on insurance options while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with teammates.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who requested insurance information
- Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
- Educate clients on coverage options and answer questions
- Recommend solutions based on client needs and goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
- Stay current with licensing and compliance requirements
Skills
- Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience is helpful
- Comfortable working remotely and using technology
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain one
