Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate remote therapy sessions throughout our structured, 8-week evidence-based program, providing participants with practical therapeutic interventions.
- Evaluate and monitor the progress of participants, engage in follow-up communications, and provide tailored care coordination recommendations.
- Document session notes meticulously and maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines while actively participating in required annual training sessions.
- Contribute to team discussions during regular meetings, including monthly team gatherings and Town Halls, ensuring a unified approach to patient care.
- Identify participants at elevated risk and collaborate with the care team to implement appropriate safety protocols, demonstrating a proactive approach to mental health crises.
- Assist clients with navigating access to necessary resources, ensuring informed consent and authorization forms are appropriately handled.
- Focus on building therapeutic relationships that empower clients to develop lifelong coping strategies through structured and evidence-based methods.
Patient Population / Client Focus As a mental health counselor at Inland Therapeutic Medical Group, you will work with a diverse range of clients requiring support in various areas of behavioral health. Our patient population includes individuals from multiple backgrounds experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. This role will allow you to apply therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful change.
Qualifications
- A valid and current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also considered.
- Proven capability to maintain a consistent client schedule, demonstrating commitment to patient care.
- Clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy, particularly through CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
