Remote Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the financial services and insurance processes for our dealership partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage customer relationships, facilitate vehicle financing, and promote F&I products remotely. As a key driver of revenue growth, you will ensure seamless loan processing, credit analysis, and contract management while delivering exceptional customer service. - Manage the entire F&I process remotely, including explaining financing options, insurance products, and warranty packages to customers
- Conduct credit analysis to determine appropriate loan terms and ensure compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations
- Facilitate loan processing by preparing contracts, title processing, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Upsell additional F&I products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and maintenance plans to maximize dealership profitability
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and personalized service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with dealership staff to streamline deal flow, improve sales techniques, and optimize the customer experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments with a focus on finance and insurance roles
- Strong background in customer relationship management, sales techniques, and upselling strategies
- Knowledge of loan officer procedures, credit analysis, TILA regulations, and contract negotiations
- Familiarity with financial software systems used for loan processing and title management
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with basic math proficiency for calculating payments and interest rates
- Experience in customer service within the automotive or financial services industry is highly desirable
- Ability to handle loan processing tasks accurately while maintaining attention to detail under remote working conditions
