Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide innovative solutions
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and process payments as needed
- Track and report call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate Windows operating systems
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and internet connectivity
Work from Home Requirements
- Minimum internet speed of 25.0 Mbps download and 10.0 Mbps upload
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data, P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
