[Remote] Associate Product Account Manager

The Associate Product Account Manager will secure and expand existing revenue by building detailed territory plans and engaging deeply with accounts, while acting as the main point of contact for customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Secure and expand existing revenue by building a detailed territory plan, driving deep account engagement, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to exceed your targets as a result of accurate forecasting and an emphasis on value selling
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers at C+ level, and partners, understanding the complexity of their requirements. Throughout the full sales cycle, you will be supported by Solution & Value Engineers, as well as a full ecosystem dedicated to BMC’s main strategy: Customer Centricity
- Lead as a BMC brand ambassador both internally and externally and build trust and confidence with customers, partners and colleagues through integrity and professionalism
