[Remote] Application Support Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Blu Omega is seeking Application Support Analysts to support one of our clients, contributing to enterprise systems operations and modernization efforts. This role supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical applications that enable regulatory, scientific, and operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
- Analyze logs, transactions, and application data
- Perform root cause analysis and create knowledge articles
- Support production releases and ensure smooth deployments
Skills
- 3+ years of application support experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Ability to obtain Public Trust
- ITIL certification
