[Remote] Amazon Connect Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intellectt Inc is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services. The role involves building scalable customer engagement solutions and requires strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect development.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
- Develop and configure contact flows, routing strategies, and IVR solutions
- Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and Kinesis
- Build APIs and backend services to support contact center functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call flows, integrations, and performance
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of the system
- Maintain documentation for solutions and processes
Skills
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)
- Knowledge of IVR design and contact flow development
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with AWS Lex (chatbots) is a plus
- Good understanding of networking and telephony concepts
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in contact center migration to cloud (Amazon Connect)
- AWS certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Node.js)
