[Remote] AI/ML Engineer - Computer Vision

They are seeking a Mid-Level Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy machine learning systems, collaborating with engineers and domain experts to create impactful solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy machine learning and computer vision models for production applications
- Develop solutions involving object detection, image classification, tracking, anomaly detection, and related technologies
- Conduct experimentation and prototyping to improve model performance and accuracy
- Optimize models for scalability, reliability, and real-time inference
- Build and maintain software pipelines that support model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and customers to solve complex technical challenges
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve machine learning systems in production environments
- Stay current on emerging machine learning and computer vision technologies
Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience in machine learning, computer vision, or related fields
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, YOLO, scikit-learn, or similar technologies
- Experience working with computer vision techniques including object detection, segmentation, classification, tracking, or image processing
- Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning methods
- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Git and modern software development practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
- Experience with edge computing or real-time systems
- Familiarity with anomaly detection, autoencoders, or traditional computer vision techniques
- Experience working with industrial, robotics, automation, or operational technology environments
