The role involves creating product catalogs, developing shopping scenarios, evaluating AI outputs, and collaborating with teams to enhance AI training datasets.
Responsibilities
- Design and build realistic digital store environments with structured product assortments
- Create and maintain comprehensive product catalogs with high data quality and consistency
- Develop diverse shopping scenarios and user prompts reflecting real-world consumer behavior
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics for accuracy and relevance
- Analyze model performance, identify gaps, and refine datasets for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate domain expertise into AI training data
- Document workflows, insights, and best practices for simulation-driven model training
Skills
- Strong experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or catalog management
- Expertise in product catalog structuring, data normalization, and content creation
- Familiarity with AI or LLM prompting, evaluation, or training workflows
- Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented QA mindset
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping journeys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver scalable, high-quality datasets
